Support channel readiness
Limited beta support is invite/operator coordinated. This page does not render hidden invite URLs, staff-only URLs, phone support, or unconfigured live-chat availability.
Safe evidence packet
Share route, timestamp, expected outcome, observed safe result, redacted screenshots, and operator-requested guild ID. Never share tokens, signing secrets, raw payloads, auth headers, idempotency keys, or internal trace data.
Feedback triage
Report bugs, security concerns, Discord permission failures, docs gaps, feature requests, and deferred-feature requests separately so safety issues get handled first.
Operational boundaries
No public SLA, incident timeline, uptime guarantee, phone support, live chat, private invite link, or guaranteed response window is claimed.
